Corporation, Finance and Securities Law

The Corporation, Finance, and Securities Law Community serves lawyers interested in the practice of corporation, finance, or securities law. Its activities aim to facilitate professional growth and networking by:

• Advancing members’ professional development and competence by offering educational programs and publications
• Keeping members informed about changes and developments in the law and publishing information about those subjects
• Monitoring legislative and regulatory developments and commenting on issues within the community’s areas of expertise
• Providing a forum for discussing corporation, finance, and securities law practice
• Fulfilling the Bar’s commitment to public service and community outreach
