Forms to manage your D.C. Bar license
Learn more about the Certificate of Good Standing process.
The following forms are available for online submission. Please be advised that these forms are automatically routed to Member Services for processing upon completion. You may download a completed copy of your form upon completion.
- Reinstatement Requests (Suspended, Retired, or Resigned Members Only)
You may submit your request for reinstatement by logging into your online member account. Reinstatement fees will be automatically calculated based on your current membership status and your selected membership class. If you previously remitted payment of the license fee for the current fiscal year or need assistance logging into your account, contact Member Services for assistance.

Changes to your membership class may be made at any time by logging into your online member account. In accordance with the Bylaws, there shall be no refund of license fees paid for any change in membership class, resignation, or suspension.
