In honor of the D.C. Bar’s 50th anniversary, we commemorated 50 years of excellence in leadership and service, celebrated the trailblazing accomplishments of our members, and collectively envisioned how to raise the bar over the next 50 years.
Annual Report 2020 – 2021
None of us could have predicted that we would be facing the worst economic and health crisis of our lifetimes, but the D.C. Bar prevailed over the challenges by the strength of our membership and leadership.

The D.C. Bar wrapped up its ambitious five-year strategic plan in fiscal year 2019–2020, which also saw the organization weather an unprecedented global health crisis and prove its resiliency and ability to support its members through challenging times.
Annual Report 2018 – 2019
In fiscal year 2018–2019, the D.C. Bar settled into its permanent home and quickly adjusted to its new environs. At the same time, the Bar’s membership rose to 108,080, making the organization the largest unified bar in the country.
